Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy
GT Factory warrants all Diablo conversion mechanisms to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use and exposure to environmental elements.
Not covered under warranty is damage to the mechanism as a result of impact, stress or improper installation. This is a conditional warranty. Any product deemed to be defective by GT Factory and returned to GT Factory within the stated warranty period of "Lifetime" will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of GT Factory.
GT Factory does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for, the removal and replacement labor, paint or repainting, freight costs, rental car expense if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred.
The expressed limit of GT Factory liability for the product replacement ("Warranty") is limited by the original sales price of the product, as evident by the original purchase order to and the invoice from GT Factory.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, therefore always check prices before purchase.
All orders must be prepaid by personal check, business check, cashiers check, certified check, money order, or bank wire transfer. Prepayment made by regular or company check will be held until it clears before merchandise can be shipped. International shipments must be prepaid in US dollars.
Payments must include the shipping costs in addition to the cost of merchandise.
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by GT Factory, unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment.
GT Factory inspects all merchandise before shipping and packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally
in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier. All products shipped by GT Factory are insured for their full value.
Since we begin producing your parts upon receipt of payment we are incurring expenses because of your purchase therefore it can not be cancelled after the payment delivery date.
Because of the vast differences in automobiles the universal design of the Diablo conversion may inadvertently be difficult to install in some vehicles and may require many hours of expert customization or modification. If you have a vehicle which for some reason can not accommodate the Diablo hinge you may return it, but before you do that you should shop around with your local car customizers because we are yet to find a vehicle that it will not work with. GT Factory charges $500 for install on most vehicles and install time is 2 days in most cases. If your local shop is not up to our specs you should consider sending your vehicle to GT Factory for expert installation at reasonable prices. You must have the job quoted and the parts installed by an expert who is familiar with the customizing cars and aftermarket parts.
All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instructions, etc. that it came with originally. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the scope involved in the customization of the parts before installation. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. All shipping charges are not refundable.
All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither GT Factory nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment
