CHASER AERODYNAMICS, LLC MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THIS WEBSITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

Payment Type
All customers must pre-pay for all products. We accept major credit cards, money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, PayPal payments. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.

Returns
All returns must be authorized and approved by Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC. Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC reserves the right to charge up to a 25% cancelation fee. All return requests must be made within 10 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping to or from Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Shipping Damages
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Warranty/Liability
All products sold by Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC are sold "as is" to the customer. Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC will not be responsible for your own actions.

Installation of Aerodynamics
All parts may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive customization. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars, etc. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the part. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional custom shop with experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Backorders
If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. For GTP and C-WINGS parts that are not delivered within 30 days of payment the customer may request a full refund, if paying by check 30 days from when the check clears.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
